Cancellation/Refund Policy

At Naseem Salon & Academy (Legal name: Naseem Unisex Salon), we strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients. To ensure smooth operations and accommodate all our clients effectively, we have established the following cancellation and refund policy. Please read this policy carefully before booking any services with us.

1. Appointment Cancellation Policy

Notice Period:
We kindly request that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to manage our schedule and offer your slot to another client.

Late Cancellations:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment may be subject to a cancellation fee. This fee helps cover the time and resources reserved for your appointment.

No-Show Policy:
If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice, a no-show fee of the service cost will be charged. Repeated no-shows may result in the requirement of a deposit for future bookings.

2. Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling with Notice:
You may reschedule your appointment without any penalty if done at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. Please contact us directly to arrange a new time that suits you.

Rescheduling within 24 Hours:
If you need to reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment, the same conditions as our late cancellation policy apply. We will do our best to accommodate your new preferred time, but it is subject to availability.

3. Refund Policy

Service Satisfaction:
We are committed to ensuring that you are satisfied with the services provided. If for any reason you are not happy with the results, please inform us before leaving the salon. We will do our best to address your concerns and make necessary adjustments.

Refunds for Services:
Due to the nature of beauty services, we do not offer refunds for completed services. However, we are happy to offer corrections or adjustments within 3 days of your original appointment to ensure your satisfaction.

Refunds for Products:
If you purchase a product from us and find it defective, you may return it for a refund or exchange within 3 days of purchase, provided it is in its original condition and packaging. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase.

Refunds for Prepaid Services or Packages:
Prepaid services or packages are non-refundable. However, they are transferable and may be used by someone else or exchanged for other services of equivalent value.

Refunds Processing/Credit Timeline:
Any approved refund will be processed within 7 working days from the approval/acknowledgment date or within 7 Working days after receiving the product back and will be credited in original payment source within 30 Days.

4. Special Circumstances

Emergency Situations:
We understand that emergencies happen. If you need to cancel or reschedule due to an emergency, please contact us as soon as possible. We may waive the cancellation fee at our discretion.

Salon Cancellations:
In the rare event that we need to cancel or reschedule your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you as soon as possible and offer to reschedule at a time convenient for you. No fees will apply in such cases.
